Kim Austin is an actress, singer and educator working in theatre as well as film and television. She is presently the vocalist with JazzArt, a musical ensemble based on the theory that sound and colors are both vibrations and are related in the electromagnetic spectrum.  She is also the vocalist with the Bill Risbrook All Stars performing all over .  She was also in” Life Among The Aryans”, a political play by Ishmael Reed performed at the Nuyorican Poets Café, NYC.  She is currently working on a one woman play “A Sailboat to the Moon”, a musical about the life of Billie Holiday which she wrote.
